After years of adopting good habits and leaving some bad ones I now truly believe that our quality of life is a direct result of our daily habits and the decisions we make every day so if you are looking to improve it my recommendation is to begin with a self-evaluation to see where you currently are and compare it with the quality of life you want to have and start making the necessary changes in your habits that will help you to do so. It is not common to hear someone say that he or she loves running but believe it or not I am one of those persons. I have been a runner for the last 6 years of my life and it all started when I wanted to lose some weight.
